Our Story
ZoeGirl Candles was born when my Zoe girl and I were brainstorming on what to include in our Christmas packages for our family during Covid. We always have candles lit in our house and as we sat for our nightly meditation to "turn our brains off", we thought of making our first batch to bring a sense of peace to our loved ones during a chaotic time.
I knew that this was a small idea that we needed to keep pushing forward when I saw how enthusiastic Zoe was. From picking the scent, to making the candles all the way through to packaging them up nicely, we were hooked!
As I look at my Zoe girl, I see a fierce, strong-willed, independent little girl who is eager to learn and express her creativity any chance she gets. I was raised by a strong mother who wanted her four girls to be strong and be all that they could be. Family is so important to me and is at the root of everything I do. I want to ensure my Zoe girl sees this by instilling the same values and morals and bringing our Mexican culture into our every day. I want to teach her to work hard and be all that she can be. I want to raise a strong girl who isn’t afraid to try new things, teach her to learn to pick herself up when she falls and to never give up. And above all, I want her to learn to always help those in need and give back in any way she can.
